Center City Park, located in the heart of downtown Greensboro, fills the block between North Elm and North Davie Streets and is bordered on the south by West Friendly Avenue and on the north by the Renaissance Tower office building.
Sharing opposite sides of North Davie Street, LeBauer Park and Center City Park form a crucial part of promoting health and wellness to Greensboro’s residents and visitors.
Center City Park cost more than $12 million to build, with land acquisition accounting for $6 million and design and construction adding $5.5 million.
The park property is owned by the City of Greensboro.
