Boomerang Greensboro is an initiative of Action Greensboro that draws former residents who moved elsewhere back to Greensboro – like a boomerang. Launched in 2021, with an initial grant of $50,000 from The Cemala Foundation, the program’s goal is to help foster economic development in the city of Greensboro by reintroducing families and individuals into its landscape.
