Cemala provided a $1 million dollar grant over the course of seven years to support the construction of a 5-star child care center housed at the Royce and Jane Reynolds Center for Worship and Boys & Girls Club on Freeman Mill Road in Greensboro.
This center opened in September 2016.
The Child Care Center has a capacity of 38 children, 8 infants and 30 toddlers and pre-k children, and is important to supporting early childhood development in Greensboro.
