The Cemala Foundation Grant Funding Policy

The Cemala Foundation makes strategic investments in projects compatible with the Foundation’s vision.

Before contacting the Foundation, please review information about the Cemala priority that most closely matches the interests of your organization.

If after reviewing the information, you feel there is a match, you should contact Cemala staff or submit a brief letter of inquiry of no more than two pages. Staff will respond to all specific letters of inquiry but not to general solicitations for funds.

The Cemala Foundation supports organizations that promote a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement within their organization.

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a team-based process of collecting, analyzing, and using data to improve service quality on an ongoing basis. The CQI approach is iterative, helping teams test new changes quickly, generate and adapt solutions to meet organizational challenges, and promote continuous learning.
